This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep this short and honest, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
What we collect
When you request a scan or send a message. We collect the details you type into our forms: your business name, city and state, service type, name, email, and phone number if you provide it. We use these only to prepare and send you the information you asked for, and to follow up about it.
Automatically, as you browse. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use the site in aggregate. This uses cookies and collects standard information like the pages you visit, roughly where you are, and how you arrived. We may also use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile may collect limited technical information to do this. It does not ask you to identify traffic lights or store your form answers.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver the scan or reply you requested
- To follow up with you about it, at most briefly
- To understand and improve how the site works
- To keep the site secure and free of spam
We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate, and only as needed to do so.
Who we work with
- Resend delivers our form emails.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager provide site analytics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam protection.
- Vercel hosts the site.
Each of these has its own privacy practices. Your form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our email system as our record of your request.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email us and we will take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser, which will limit the analytics described above.
